Welcome to Once Upon an Author ("OUAA"). By creating an account, accessing, or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Eligibility

OUAA is designed for members ages 13–19. By joining, you confirm that you meet the age requirements of the community.

Member Responsibilities

Members agree to:

• Follow all Community Guidelines and Rules

• Treat others respectfully

• Submit only content they created or have permission to share

• Provide truthful account information

• Use the platform in a lawful manner

Content Ownership

Members retain ownership of the stories, artwork, and other original content they submit.

By posting content on OUAA, members grant OUAA permission to display, store, and distribute that content within the platform for community purposes.

Content Moderation

OUAA reserves the right to review, remove, edit, restrict, or refuse content that violates site policies or threatens the safety of the community.

Account Suspension

OUAA reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate site policies, engage in harassment, submit inappropriate content, impersonate others, or otherwise disrupt the community.

No Guarantee of Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous access to the platform, OUAA cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of services.

Limitation of Responsibility

Members are responsible for their own submissions and interactions. OUAA is not responsible for disputes, losses, or damages resulting from user-generated content or member interactions.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
