✨🎨 OUAA’s First Writing & Art Contest! ✨

Calling all teen writers and artists! 🌟 We’re excited to announce our very first Once Upon An Author contest!

Whether you love creating stories, drawing, painting, designing characters, or bringing your imagination to life in another way — this is your chance to share your creativity with the community. 💙 (Find more information including the rules and deadlines on the Prompts and Contests page!!)

We are hosting an enchanted forest theme contest where you can choose to submit one piece of work- but the fun part is it can be ANY type of writing or art that fits our rules! There will prizes for first, second, and third place winners, but we want to showcase as many people as possible so there may be other awards such as special shoutouts for most creative piece, only piece in ---- category, best hook, etc.., although all judging falls on me, so I highly encourage everyone to post their entry AFTER winners have been revealed and for as many encouraging comments to be posted as possible. Feel free to comment things like: A few grammatical errors but most creative piece I have seen- and that's saying something! OR congrats anyway because you have the most hooking first paragraph! Just keep feedback honest and polite.

I hope I see all of your entries very soon. Remember: there is no “perfect” way to create. Whether you’re a beginner or have been creating for years your ideas matter. 💫
